At Pitch we specialise in bringing people together in nature. For us the food tastes better, the conversations go deeper and the soul is reconnected. From a corporate or wedding function of 100 tents , to a small group of 15 ladies coming together to celebrate a hens party.

Where should we have our event?
As a mobile tent hire provider we can recommend a bunch of special private and public camp sites that could be perfect for your next event. Camp sites like Parklands Camping at Kenilworth or Habitatnoosa by the lake are very popular on the Sunshine Coast for our hen’s and birthday party set ups. In the Byron Bay and Gold Coast region, Tanbourine camp ground, Numbinbah Valley or Suffolk Park camp grounds are also very popular for special events. See our camp site page for more ideas.
Grazing tables, low set furnishings ,fairy lights and fully equipped kitchenettes are all available to ensure you don’t need to go anywhere else for the evening. A private chef or stunning hampers can be arranged for those with a big budget!
Bring your own personal decorations, and add a few services like mobile massage and spa treatments, team building events or horse riding and you have a weekend to remember!

Pitch Luxury Camping will be there for our second time and setting up our tents in the local campsite area that has been especially set aside for our services.
The tents come furnished with bedding for up to 5 guests in queen or single bed configurations, towels , lighting and a few personal touches will be all ready for your arrival.
Pricing
One night stay $365 per tent.
Two night stay $550 per tent.
*Camp site fees and event entry fees are not included in this price.
