Hi Tim and Lisa,
Thanks for coming up and setting up my party on the weekend. I had the most fabulous weekend and loved the ginormous party tent – it was great for keeping everyone together (and as a space for kids to hangout out of each other’s tents.) I received lots of comments about how it beautiful it was, how it suited the space, and looked wonderful all set up with the chairs/rugs etc.
The sleeping tents were beautiful and glamourous, as always. I also want to thank you for offering Sarah an additional weekend to make up for the mattresses going down. I think that is pretty amazing of you, customer service wise, and she can’t say enough about how incredible that offer is.
I did promise myself a hiatus next year – but that doesn’t mean we won’t find another occasion to set up fancy tents between now and June 2020! Cheers A June 18

We absolutely loved the bell tent, and were delighted with the charming additional touches of beautifully perfumed soaps, fluffy towels, magazines and campfire games! The addition of extra sleeping bags was very useful, nights were chilly and my daughter feels the cold. I didn’t even notice the extra ‘in case of emergency’ air mattresses until we were leaving. You’ve really thought of everything. The camp kitchen was a fantastic last-minute addition. I’d definitely recommend that to other campers. It meant that we just popped ourselves, our clothes and our food in the car without wondering where to fit poles, tables, portable BBQ…. Definitely money well spent!

The Tents were amazing, and really delivered that “wow” factor when our guests arrived, not to mention being very comfortable.Your chef Andy, was great to deal with, very flexible as to what we needed over the two days and the quality of the food was A1.Overall you were great to deal with, and made organising this event a breeze. The ability to setup virtually in a location of our choice was also a great advantage.We’ve had great feedback from all that attended and appreciate everything you did to make this a great event. Just want to say a huge thank you for the wonderful camping experience you set up for us at Kenilworth. You picked a great site which was great for our troupe, the thoughtful addition of the loo facilities made a huge difference to our stay. The tents were lovely and welcoming and comfortable and we had everything we needed. I think my husband actually enjoyed himself and has said he would camp in a Pitch tent again!

Pitch Luxury camping were honestly so kind to my group and I, and their glamping experience far exceeded our expectations! We were provided with two well set tents with very comfy beds, two amazingly high quality eskis, a gas stove, and loads of cooking utensils, which we didn’t even know would be provided until the night before, which was a very pleasant surprise. We got there to be met by them, and they were amazingly nice to us and so welcoming, and we really loved the experience we were provided with. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who’s willing to try something new and exciting! Perfect for any group of people really! We were 10 school students who just graduated, and while all our friends were in hotels/holiday houses, we actually ended up having the time of our lives next to the beach in these wonderful, spacious tents. Would definitely go again!

Tim and Lisa were so helpful and their set up went without a hitch. They made sure my tent was set up at a time that worked for all of us and had all the things I needed. I didnt even see them set up, I just arrived and it was all ready to go for me! Such a great way to spend out weekend up on the coast on my family property. Would definitely do this again and recommend people do the same!

The set up was absolutely beautiful & even though the weather wasn’t great, we had a lovely time relaxing & taking time out in the teepee. It was lovely waking up to the sound of birds, the food was delicious & we loved showering amongst the trees! We will definitely use Pitch again & highly recommend it to people who want a weekend away to relax.

Tim. Once again a great adventure, great waves, great food and great company. The logistics you pull together with Andy and Bodhi are exceptional, 2 epic days of waves finished with a true Secret Session, just our crew surfing left and right 3 ft glassy perfection. Surfed out after 2 days is an achievement and you and the guys make it happen consistently.

Hey Tim and Lisa. We would like to say a massive thank you for making our camping trip so easy and wonderful. I know it wasa bit of a nightmare leading up to the trip, but everything was perfect during our stay, including the weather! Loved the tent and everything you provided, especially the lavendar, candles, pillows and day bed. We appreciate all the hard work whichy must go into setting it all up and taking it all down!! My partner and I absolutely adored this stay…! The set up was exactly as it appears in photos, the bed was cosy, and Tim & Lisa set us up in what appeared to be the best site in the entire campground. The little added touches made it very homely, eskys filled with ice and fresh milk for Lisa’s homemade (delicious) granola, candles, slippers for each of us and plenty of cosy blankets. Lisa was easily contactable and very helpful with all questions. A perfect romantic and relaxing weekend away, we only wish we could have stayed longer!
