At Pitch Luxury Camping we specialise in bringing people together in nature. We welcome corporate enquiries for extra accomodation, please enquire as we are happy to build something to suit your needs!
From a small group celebrating a special occasion, to a corporate event or wedding function of up to 100 tents, we have the bell tents and styling for you.
Our plan is to bring our best of everything to every event and ensure a smooth, beautifully presented canvas for you to relax and enjoy your event together.
The conversations go deeper and the soul is reconnected in the stylish and natural setting of a bell tent camp.

Where should we have our event?
As a mobile tent hire provider we can recommend a bunch of special private and public camp sites that could be perfect for your next event. Call us or email for information specific to your needs.
Grazing tables, low set furnishings, fairy lights and fully equipped kitchenettes are all available to ensure you don’t need to go anywhere else for the evening. A private chef or stunning hampers can also be arranged. We recommend Apple Pip Catering for gourmet pre-prepared meals and hampers, or Terra Firma for onsite catering.
Bring your own personal decorations, and add a few services like mobile massage and spa treatments, team building events or horse riding and you have a weekend to remember!
Camp sites like Habitat Noosa by Lake Cootharaba or Parklands Camping or Bluff Creek at Kenilworth are very popular on the Sunshine Coast for our hen’s and birthday party Pitch’s. In the Byron Bay and Gold Coast region, Mt Tamborine campground, Numbinbah Valley or Suffolk Park campgrounds are also very popular for special events. See our campsite page for more ideas. Pitch Luxury Camping does a range of festivals throughout the year such as the Boulia Camel Races, Woodford Folk Festival, Pranafest and the like..Get in touch if you have a festival that needs the perfect glamping experience for your guests.



Our tents come furnished with bedding for up to 5 guests in queen or single bed configurations, towels, lighting and a few personal touches will be all ready upon your arrival.
