Bookings are open for this year’s Woodford Folk Festival 25/26 !!
This vibrant event is a highlight on our calendar at Pitch Luxury Camping.
This event will sell out once again with amazing individuals and families who make their yearly pilgrimage to the festival..

Join us this year under the large tipis for meal preparation, relaxing and getting to know one another throughout the day, being recharged, refreshed and prepared for the next activities you have planned for the day.
Private toilets and showers, powder rooms, multiple charging stations for all things electric, cold rooms along side an equipped kitchen and dining area, all makes for a great resting space throughout the week of activities.







The Bell Tent Village Details.
All guests will need WFF season camping tickets/wristbands to stay with us for the week. We will not be offering short stays
You can have up to five guests staying per tent, queen and or single air beds are provided with summer linen and light blankets.
Bedding, lights, bath towels and furnishings are provided in quality waterproof bell tents.
The Bell Tent Village opens Boxing Day 26th at 9am and closes at 11 am on the 2nd January 2026.
One car park beside each tent is provided. (You will need to by a car pass to get in.)
The Bell Tent Village is very close to the main event gates and Lake Gkula as we are situated at the end of the Butterfly Walk in the season camping area.
We provide kitchen, dining and lounge spaces to relax in, cold rooms and cooking and dining gear is provided.
We ask all guests to be involved in keeping these spaces clean and orderly alongside staff.
Charging stations are provided in the lounge teepees.
We provide a CPAP area for those needing these services. Please note this on email.
We have private toilet and shower blocks plus a luxury powder room. All serviced by the festival organisers, ensuring the best amenities available at the festival.
We have onsite volunteers and staff working throughout the village to ensure all runs smoothly.
Family and friend groups can be set up next to each other if mentioned prior via email.
Bedding configurations can be adjusted up to 10 days prior to event.
A 20% deposit ($500) is required within 10 days of the invoice is issued to ensure you have a priority booking. Full payment is required 20 days before the event.
Refunds are available if needed minus a 20% admin fee. No refunds after 20 days before the event – transfers to the following year are available in this instance.
Part payments can be made after the initial deposit payment.
