Woodford Folk Festival bookings are open and we are super excited about offering our ready to go luxury camping service for our interstate and local visitors.
Luxury Tents : We will be offering five metre bell tents for up to five guests in queen and/or single bedding, with linen, towels, lighting and furnishings all ready to go on arrival. Tents are unpowered but charging stations will be available in the lounge areas.
Kitchen and Dining : An all new large kitchen, dining and chill out space is planned and will be created for preparing food and hanging out together in Woodfordia style. Cold rooms and cooking gear will be available on site for your use.
Toilets and showers: Woodfordia has promised a much improved service for the toilet and shower blocks this year as well as improving the grounds for rain runoff etc.
Season Camping: We will again be in the private, close to the event gates , “Season Camping Area“, which also means we won’t be offering shorter than 7 night stay opportunities. Our Season Camping area is situated at the end of the Butterfly Walk only a couple of hundred metres from the front gate and Lake G.
The cost is $2250 per tent for the 7 night event. A 20% bank deposit will hold your tent for you. Please fill out the form below and we will invoice you with the bank details soon. Price includes 24 hr friendly staff support and car parking space beside your tent.
Tickets: You will need to buy your Woodford Folk Festival event tickets and parking tickets separately, so you can get into the season camping area. With the new Glamping Units being offered by Woodfordia please ask for Pitch Luxury Camping (not glamping) to save any confusion.
Times: Arrival available from 8am on the 26th of December 2023 and Departure by 10 am on the 2nd of January 2024
